The second form of the pure Brahman is shining in many aspects of the incarnations of Shiva. To punish the wicked and give grace to his devotees, to allow devotees to worship and meditate in order to obtain peace of mind and enjoy the happiness, Parameswara assumed Divine conducive many forms.
